utilize the service to receive referrals and resources that
facilitate an improvement in their overall well-being.

If you have tried to find solutions
and they don't seem to be working, sometimes it helps to have
someone to talk over things that are bothering you. In the past
employee that were skeptical at first, found the services to
provide valuable tools and insight into ways to manage their
problems.
Everyone experiences periods of difficulty in their lives. CEAP
is there to assist when those periods become difficulty to manage
alone. CEAP was developed to provide professional problem assessment
services as well as referral services to employees and family
members experiencing problems such as:

Will My Supervisor Know That I Have
Used CEAP Services
?

When you are self-referred, all information that
you share with the Counselor is completely confidential unless
you report that you plan to harm yourself or someone else.
In the case of a Supervisory referral, the Supervisor
will be notified of your participation only.
