The counselor will set you up an appointment for a free telephonic assessment and refer you to available resources in your area.

FISC CEAP Counselor Credentials and Experience:

All counselors have demonstrated expertise in short-term problem oriented therapy.

Counselors will contact clients promptly after initial contact and emergencies are always a priority.

CEAP has back-up counselors available, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
