| The Purpose of the FISC Civilian Employee
Assistance Program is to provide telephone assessment and
referral services to employees and their family members
of the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk that may be
experiencing difficulties in their work or personal life
that hinders their ability to be productive in the workplace.
The professional assessment is done by a Certified Employee
Assistance Profession. A recommendation and/or community
referral is then made for those employees and family members
requiring further assistance. |

Our Counselor will make recommendations that will meet your
needs.

You can help fellow employees by making recommendations of community
organizations that have helped you. We will include the resource
on your agency Web Page.
FISC CEAP Counselor Credentials and Experience:
All counselors have demonstrated expertise in short-term problem
oriented therapy.
Counselors will contact clients promptly after initial contact
and emergencies are always a priority.
CEAP has back-up counselors available, 24 hours a day - 7 days
a week.
